Description

Lively aromas of black currant, blueberry and raspberry, intertwined with subtle aromas of vanilla. Medium-bodied, typical Rhône-style characteristics.  Beautifully balanced by layers of dark fruit and oak spice flavours, with a well defined tannin structure, ensuring a lingering after-taste. Grapes originate from the Swartland and Perdeberg areas. 

Pairing suggestion Formal get togethers by candle light, promise of romance, perfect icebreaker or you could always choose reading a good book while sipping away on this Shiraz.  This wine is the perfect partner to take away curry, Italian fare, wood-fire grilled meats (braai) and strong, hard cheeses.
