Description

This brand new vintage of Backsberg Pinotage Rose's red fruit flavours of cherry and strawberry give way to minty freshness. Lightly tinted from red grape skins, this salmon hued wine is fruity and juicy on the palate. Low in tannins, it displays delightful notes of melon, ripe tropical fruit and strawberry.

Pairing suggestion Those that like the typical Province Rosé will just love this wine because it is bone dry yet oh so mouth watering delicious and punctuated with fruit aroma. Enjoy with roast chicken salad, with avo, green beans, feta and a lime vinaigrette. For a seafood dish why not pair it with Coriander Chilli Prawns, served on a bed of couscous. Also a perfect partner to Mediterranean platters of olives, cheese, charcuterie and French bread.
