Here at Africa to Asia, we believe in the high quality of our products. Shipments leave only after products have been carefully inspected, prepared, and packed for your delivery.
It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of your ordered products on receiving delivery. If a product is claimed damaged, broken or missing you must notify the courier immediately to make a remark, and contact us within 7 days from your receiving the products.
Otherwise, we deem you have accepted your ordered product as correct and of satisfactory quality.
Wine is a perishable commodity, and some may deteriorate over time or if stored improperly, e.g. extremes of temperature. Therefore, we will (at our discretion) accept return or replacement of product only under the following conditions:
the product we delivered doesn’t match with your order;
if a wine is claimed to be out of condition it must be returned to us as soon as possible and within 7 days of purchase with the original cork. This will be tasted by the tasting panel to decide whether to refund;
it is common understanding in the wine trade, that bottles older than 10 years / over the value of HK$ 550.00 are purchased at customer's risks and hence shall not be replaced.
We will replace any condiments, spices, accessories that are flawed or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory. Please return in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase.
Merchandise returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase.
Accessories returns must be unaltered, unused with all tags attached in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase.
We ask that you please do not immediately discard any of the faulty Product or Packaging. You must return us with the Product in its original package, and an original receipt, delivery note or other documentary proof of your purchase.
We will inspect the product and check your order against our delivery record in good faith, but our decision will be final. We will not refund or replace any product which is not defective or damaged, or if our delivery matches the product you have ordered.
Unless the products are damaged, broken or missing, out of condition or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us or, where relevant, the cost of us collecting the products from you. You will need to return the product if it is the wrong Product. Please contact us and we will make a mutually workable solution for this.
If you have returned a product to us because it is damaged, broken or missing, out of condition or mis-described, we will refund the price of such defective Product in full, together with any applicable delivery charges or reasonable costs you incur in returning the Product to us.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.
Where applicable, refunds will be made to you using the same method and to the same account as used by you to pay for your order as soon as practical.
